Hi Pravin,

This sort of message makes me worry that OpenSRF wasn't shutdown
cleanly at some point.

I would do an osrf_ctl.sh -l -a stop_all, and then remove any pid
files in /openils/var/run/

Then do start_all, and restart apache, and then do the autogen.sh -u dance.
