[OPEN-ILS-DEV] In-DB Circulation

Some quick questions:

Does a move to in-database circulation rules/policies completely negate all rules in the js files in /openils/var/circ or is there one or more files in /var/circ that should remain active?  

After moving to in-db circ, should I (or may I) remove the *.js circ files?
