I'm also seeing a failure of the holds targeting in trunk.

Errors in log:

open-ils.storage [ERR :2015:action.pm:1396:] Processing of hold failed:
 Can't call method "prox" on an undefined value at
/openils/lib/perl5/OpenILS/Application/Storage/Publisher/asset.pm line 408.
