Good afternoon,
I have created a patch to fix the issue with being able to save a patron
account after deleting all the addresses.
I've done this for rel_1_6_0_2, but I don't see why it wouldn't be able
to be backported to cover the entire 1.6 release.
I cannot commit myself, so I'm throwing this out there for someone to
take a look at and/or commit if appropriate.
I've added a new setting in the Organization Unit Settings titled
"Patron: Require address on account".
When set to true, than the patrons will be required to have at least one
address listed on their account and will not be able to save the account
until the condition is met.
