[OPEN-ILS-DEV] [PATCH] remove asset.copy_transparency[_map]

Hi,

Trial balloon to remove two tables that were never used.  If the balloon floats (i.e., if nobody announces that they have code or concrete plans to use these tables), I'll follow-up with a database update patch.
