I've attached the full upgrade log.

I guess in my opinion, the script shouldn't tell me it was successful if it had all of these errors.

Should the upgrade script maybe be set to stop on error?

Any ideas for correcting this?

The upgrade alerted me that it had completed successfully, but the postgres logs seem to indicate otherwise...
