[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Search Catalog added to Button Bar

Yay Jason!

I have a very minor patch here to follow up on our addition to the
button bar.  Thomas Berezansky's feature for opening a new tab whenever
using the button bar requires us to change the command handler in
menu.js to accommodate the new button we added.
