Hey,

We just added this to config.metabib_field.

      
19;"author";"710";"//marcxml:datafield[@tag="710"]/marcxml:subfield[@code="a"
or @code="b"]";1;"marcxml";TRUE;FALSE

We added (using the staff client) an author to MARC '710' 2/b expecting
that we would be able to find it with an author search but it doesn't
work.
However we can find it using a Keyword search.

What has to happen for this to be included in an author index?  

Restart some services?
Reload/create an index?

We are planning on a marc blob edit and re-ingest of 1000's of records
to facilitate added author fields.
