[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Website Redesign Patch

It looks pretty clean! Chrome on OS X (10.5) seems to have a quirk with the
"Community Blog Posts" box overlapping the "Evergreen News" shaded areas (
http://plixi.com/p/90547328), but the text is still visible in both areas,
so that's all good.  Thanks!
