[OPEN-ILS-DEV] 2.1 RC2 upgrade script testing

Hi Mike,

As requested in IRC, I ran another test of the 2.0-2.1 upgrade SQL taken from the current rel_2_1 branch as of this afternoon.

The script was doing fine but unfortunately died with a couple places stating this:

psql:Evergreen/Open-ILS/src/sql/Pg/2.0-2.1-upgrade-db.sql:1423: ERROR:  cannot ALTER TABLE "hold_matrix_matchpoint" because it has pending trigger events

So whatever we did for the circ_matrix_matchpoint, I guess we'd need to try something similar for the hold_matrix_matchpoint too.

Will ponder this a bit and see if I can think of how it should work.
