[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Fixed fields editing - usability improvements.

Hello all,

Anybody supporting any development work on enhancing fixed fields editing in the MARC editor?  

This may include features like:

* drop-down picklists for valid values for the MARC format of the item
* usability enhancements to deal with fixed field annoyances (e.g. like MARC's use of "space as data") 
* support for non-MARC experts: maybe bubble text on hover over label, and / or expansion of labels (e.g. DtSt = Date/Pub Status), etc.?
