[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Drupal OpenSRF Modules

I think this would be very well received by libraries and I have a Drupal
programmer, Jim Craner, that I would be happy to assign to work on this.
He's not an Evergreen programmer but does have Drupal knowledge to
contribute.
