[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Upgrading to pg9 (from 8.4) on Squeeze, quick how-to

I was using lenny-backports on lenny for postgresql 8.4, and went a
little crazy and upgraded all of lenny to squeeze.  I needed to
manually delete /etc/init.d/postgresql-8.4 for pg9 from
squeeze-backports to install cleanly.
