[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Possible Bug: Unable to Transfer Money between Funds in Evergreen 2.0R1

Problem:
The "OK" button on the Transfer Money confirmation message does not appear
to yield a transfer of money between funds in the Acquisitions module.

Reproduction:
- Select menu item Admin > Server Administration > Acquisitions > Funds
- Select the fund from which to transfer money.
- Click on "Transfer Money"
- Enter the transfer amount and select a destination fund.
- Click the "Transfer" button.
- Click the "OK" button on the confirmation message "Are you sure you're
ready to commit this transfer?"
- Verify that the fund's balance has not changed.
