[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Silly little thing for Staff Client Button Bar

Anoop,

There is a license file included within the directory these are found in the tarball.  I simply removed the black background, so the license should not change from the initial decleration.

If my revisions need to be licensed, I can submit a DCO, but I don't think it's needed.
