[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Bitesize bugs

Hi,

I've started using the tag 'bitesize' for low-priority bugs in Launchpad that seem good as tiny projects for people new to Evergreen hacking to work on.  The immediate purpose is to mark small bugs that GSoC 2011 applicants can use as an entry point to the code base (and to strengthen their applications by showing that they can make a minor improvement to Evergreen), but any newbie can feel free to work on them.  I ask that committers and experienced contributors avoid bitesize bugs for now, unless, of course, one of them turns out to be of a higher priority than expected.
