[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Proposal for a Vendors' Module

Jason,

This sounds good to me.  One of our most consistent points of concern from our member libraries is how Evergreen handles or does not handle connections to 3rd party products or services.  Most of the issues concern SIP2, which I realize this would not address, but these kinds of improvement will always be welcome!
