Ok, see it now (Copy details > More info).

Must have missed (or forgotten) about that one from the release notes from one of the upgrades.

Very good, now I can add that to the list (i.e. migrate our previous ILS's copy notes to our EG item records).

Thanks for quick response..

George

George,

I was under the impression that this already existed.

For example, look at http://evergreen.lib.in.us/opac/en-US/skin/default/xml/rdetail.xml?r=17812731 in our system. If you click on "more info..." you'll see the copy note visible to all. Of course, you can still have private copy notes as well that won't appear in the public OPAC.

Perhaps you're asking about the ability to search these notes?

Sincerely,

Anybody know if item record / copy record notes have made its way into any forthcoming version (2.1 / 2.2), or if this feature is on anybody's development RFP, etc.?

Thanks,

George Duimovich
