[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Evergreen error - import records screen

Thanks for the help, Elaine

The problem appeared to be when anyone would click ‘Search from Z39.50’ on the main form.

A simple reboot of the machine seems to have worked it out.

Thanks, again!

Elliot,

In the screen shot, I don’t see anything under service and credentials other than local catalog and even that isn’t checked. Although I can’t read the error since I don’t speak that language, I suspect that the problem is the interface doesn’t know where to search since it hasn’t been told where to search. I may be wrong, but I think you need to have Z39.50 services and have the boxes checked in order for anything to be searched. At least, that’s how our set-up works.

Elaine

Hey, Evergreen Devs

Today, one of the library cataloguing users ran across an Unhandled Error. I’ve forwarded the debug output that she sent me.

What does all this mean?

ThankS!

So, I opened up Evergreen today, and got this message (I also attached a picture of the screen as well.):

Tue Apr 17 2012 12:57:29 GMT-0500 (Central Daylight Time)

Z39.50 services not likely retrieved.
