[OPEN-ILS-DEV] EDI PO_JEDI Template

I'm wondering if others could test this modification I made to the template
at the bottom of this page (
http://evergreen-ils.org/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=acq:edi_configuration&#some_troubleshooting_notes
).
 I have it match on the provider SAN instead of a the code for producing
the EDI message.   I have done some testing and it seems to be working.
