I'd vote for 2pm Eastern, but I think any time in that 1-4 range is
better than noon.

I like the twice-monthly standing meetings. I don't have a strong
preference for the day, but I imagine later in the week might be less
busy for many people and encourage better attendance. Just a thought.
Related, I have an agenda item I'd like to raise at the next meeting
(but I'll mention it here since we're talking about meetings). To avoid
the initial confusion caused by not having a meeting chair / note taker
for each meeting, perhaps we could elect roles for each meeting at the
end of the previous meeting (or elect people for terms, etc.)? FWIW,
consider me a candidate.
