[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Backporting master docs directory to rel_2_2 branch

Hi Developers,

I was hoping to backport the docs folder in master to rel_2_2. Is that something I can do? If so, could you send me the proper steps? I know ways to get the files into rel_2_2 from master, but want to use the proper method or ask if someone could backport for me.

I would like to begin using the rel_2_2 branch for 2.2. processing and begin using the master branch for 2.3 documentation.
