[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Hack-A-Way selection

I'm happy to announce that a site has been selected for the 2012  
Hack-A-Way and it is in Atlanta, Georgia.  Equinox Software has agreed  
to be the host and more details will follow shortly (when I'm not on  
the road migrating new libraries to Evergreen myself!).
