Justin,

I've been trying to find some sources for this information but don't have
anything in hand yet.  But when I do I'll put what I gather in the same
place you put yours.  I think for now that should be a wiki page.  Maybe
under the heading "Community Contributed Tools and Guides" at
http://evergreen-ils.org/dokuwiki/doku.php#community-contributed_tools_and_guides
?
