[OPEN-ILS-DEV] OpenSRF 2.1.0 release: final(?) release candidate

I've run limited functionality with this branch successfully on Gentoo
(gcc-4.5.3, glibc-2.13-r4, kernel-3.0.6 x86_64)

This ./configure worked for me (just path updates)

./configure \
    --prefix=/openils \
    --enable-python \
    --enable-chopchop \
    --with-apr=/usr/include/apr-1 \
    --with-apxs=/usr/sbin/apxs2 \
