[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Unable to login as any user other than egadmin

I don't see a 'work_ou' value available. I do, however, see a 'home_ou'. Each user's value is set to 1. That makes sense to me, since I only have to top-level OU. Is that correct?

master_account is related to patron groups and doesn't apply here.

I suspect you forgot to give your users work_ou entries, and that by doing so they will be able to log in.
