[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Selfcheck Receipts

Thought I might give this a bump, I've looked further into this and still am unable to find out why it isn't pulling the proper time information.  I also found out that it is not pulling the phone number either, instead it prints a blank space in that spot.

I would really really appreciate any information that would point me to discovering the cause of this issue and possibly fixing it altogether.

Subject: [OPEN-ILS-DEV] Selfcheck Receipts

I am having an interesting situation on Evergreen 2.0.10 regarding the receipts printed after finishing a selfcheck session.  The Hours of Operation at the bottom print out, and for some reason it is printing in military format and the incorrect hours.  I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction to fix the setup so that it prints in regular time and with the correct hours?  Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
