[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Removing URLS from 856

This is the regex I was trying but in testing it wasn't working.

regexp_replace(marc,E'<datafield[^>]*?tag="856"+?<subfield
code="9">HCC</subfield></datafield>','','g')
