Yep, and it is a "shit or get off the pot" moment. Until someone
seriously puts resources into it, ain't nothing happening. I agree it
must be done, but my bosses tell me that I have other priorities.

Resources don't necessarily mean dollars/euros/whatever, but everything
is eventually calculated that way.
