[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Evergreen 2.4 Beta1

This beta and the OpenSRF are working OK on Gentoo.
There is a need to update the version of dev-libs/yaz that is currently not
in Portage. I've created an rebuild for it and we're trying to get that in
mainline Gentoo.
