Hello all,

Thank you to everyone who replied to the Doodle poll.  Based on those results, the Sept. 24-26 dates have been selected.

Later on this summer we will put out a call for firm commitments, but in the meantime, if you didn't reply to the poll and think you will attend, please let me know right away.  I don't want to be caught without enough reserved space when the time comes!
