*Specification 1: **Approval process for EDI Invoices*
* Specification 2: **Ability to create and edit item templates without
having to be in an actual item record *
* Specification 3: **When aborting a transit, copies should not
automatically get "Reshelving" status.*
* Specification 4: **Select multiple records to add to a list (or bucket)*
