[OPEN-ILS-DEV] 2.5 client issues

For note, the bug that jeff created back in December is still only
marked fix committed ( see
https://bugs.launchpad.net/opensrf/+bug/1257264 )

So, that actually means the *next* OpenSRF releases will have the
fixes for JSON::XS.  According to the bug ticket, that'd be OpenSRF
2.2.2.  2.2.1 would still be broken.
