[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Hack-A-Way Scheduling

Here is  preliminary poll to determine the week of the Hack-A-Way.  It is
multiple choice and we will further narrow it down after we determine the
week.  In the past we have done a arrival on Wednesday, then
Thursday/Friday kind of schedule but that's not set in stone.
