[OPEN-ILS-DEV] "early arrival day" of hack-a-way

I had a question from someone who asked about the Hack-A-Way listed as a
two day event with an early arrival and they thought it was three days. I
thought it was a good question and so I responded to them privately but
thought it was worth answering here too:

It was always intended to technically be a two day event with an early
arrival day where people can get started early. A sort of pre-hack-a-way
like a pre-conference. It's just that become the norm for _everyone_to
show up for the early day so it's more like a three day event. Which I
think is kind of cool.

Honestly, although I framed it the way I did I think of it as a three day
event too. I'll be sending out a survey today probably asking for a list
of attendee names and what nights they'll be staying. I'm working on the
group rate with the hotel now.
