[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Ubuntu System V scripts for EG

I have pushed 3 scripts to my working branch that provide System V start/stop/status options via the service command.

I think it sounds like OpenSRF starting and stoping is changing soon, if it has not already, but hopefully these can be useful for a little while.
