[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Translations for GUI & Documentation. LATAM spanish.

Hello,

We would like to know which is the current status on translating the GUI
and documentation for Evergreen to LATAM spanish. At this time, we would
like to work on this issue in order to catch users, specially in MX.
Perhaps there is people already developing/documenting in this sense and we
would try to get in sync with them so we could achieve in the short time a
beta version.
