So, the AFOK was removed from Evergreen during 2.7 series' development.

This is the Launchpad number for the change:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1246745

This is a link to the change in git:
http://git.evergreen-ils.org/?p=Evergreen.git;a=commit;h=916c0950fbe0d3edd831ded46217589c27856451

There was also some discussion in IRC on November 3, 2014 on this
subject as well, see:
http://irc.evergreen-ils.org/evergreen/2014-11-03

I think from the gist of the discussion on IRC, the best options you
have are either to revert the change locally (and remember to do so in
future upgrades) or to ask your third-party software to adapt to
properly identify patron status in newer Evergreen versions. But
basically, yes, this is considered a permanent change to Evergreen's
SIP responses.
