The branch is now available in the working/Evergreen repository:

user/gmcharlt/webstaff-sprint2-rel-2-9-integration

I've also opened the following bug for the sprint 2 integration:

I've fixed the issues with the DB creation scripts and renamed the
schema update scripts for clarify; they should be applied in the
following order:

lp1427287_1of3.schema.marc-tag-tables.sql
lp1427287_2of3.data.marc21-tag-tables.sql
lp1427287_3of3.data.tag-table-permissions.sql
lp1442796_1of1.schema.fix_ingest_of_xpath_based_attrs.sql
lp1442815_1of2.schema.teach_record_attributes_about_skos.sql
lp1442815_2of2.data.some_rda_attributes.sql

DB creation using that branch now works for me, and all pgTAP tests pass.
