[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Hatch development TODO

Hi All,

We're planning to spend some time working on Hatch, which some of you may
recall is the browser client print/store service.  To keep things on track,
I have created a TODO document on the wiki.

A few of the items on the list have not been discussed -- I'm just
brainstorming -- so if anything seems wrong, let me know (or update the
doc).
