[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Switch to git from bazaar on Launchpad?

So, as recently as May 2015, Launchpad has been slowly adding and
expanding support for native git repository integration for code.
Since we've been using Launchpad for bug tracking and translations, I
wonder if this merits some investigation by developers to see if we
can convert from bazaar to git on Launchpad for Evergreen's code and
tidy up some of the corners of the development process.

Most specifically, the area I'd like to see some light shed is how
bazaar branches currently are handled for managing translation work;
specifically if using a git repo would improve the current workflow
and make it easier or harder to merge content from Launchpad
translation files back to main Evergreen git repositories?

Something to look at in the coming months, but just making a note
about it on the lists for popular consumption.
