[OPEN-ILS-DEV] OpenSRF 2.4.1 released

Hi,

OpenSRF 2.4.1 is now available for download.  This is a minor bugfix
and enhancement release containing the following changes of note:

* Avoid re-sending messages extraneously over WebSockets (LP#1418613)
* Improved documentation for configuring ejabberd on Debian Jessie (LP#1445503)
* Minor srfsh enhancements (LP#1436047, LP#1152272)
* srfsh no longer closes STDOUT prematurely (LP#1461625)
* Python gateway client now supports HTTPS-only gateways (LP#1409055)

There were also some formatting improvements to the installation documentation.

Because of the fix for LP#1418613, testers of the prototype Evergreen
web staff client are particularly encouraged to upgrade OpenSRF to get
this bugfix.
