Hi Michael,
So yep, in your paste, I can see that there are two "hosts" definitions:
Under the "options which are set by debconf":
{hosts, ["evergreen.domainname"]}.
And then you also defined it under the "SERVED HOSTNAMES" blocks:
{hosts, ["localhost", "evergreen.domainname ", "evergreen"]}.
In the comments for "SERVED HOSTNAMES" it seems to indicate that the
config expects the first definition to be the one that's used, and the
other is just commented out.
I would remove the second declaration and just use the spot with the
first one and then set the line to be something like what's
recommended in the README instruction for OpenSRF setup.
Like:
{hosts, ["localhost", "private.localhost", "public.localhost"]}.
