[OPEN-ILS-DEV] 2.9 RC - issue updating marc record

Hi,

Running test server on Ubuntu 14.04. Postgres is 9.2 on separate
Ubuntu14.04 server. Started with 2.9 beta and updated to RC an hour ago.

Having an issue updating a Marc record as any user. Even the global system
admin user gets the following on a simple edit to a marc record. Other
things are writing to the database OK e.g. editing/creating a user
....changing configs, etc. and oddly enough you can "delete" a book but
creating seems to be a problem.

Not sure if it's my system or a bug. Here's the debug message:
