Hello Peter, those modules should have been installed when you ran the Postgres server dependency install, described at
http://evergreen-ils.org/documentation/previews/README_2_9_RC.html#_creating_the_evergreen_database

make -f Open-ILS/src/extras/Makefile.install postgres-server-ubuntu-trusty

Ah yes. It's a new database server. Missing some Perl libraries.

Had to install MARC::Record, MARC::File::XML module, Business::ISBN module to get past the error state.

DB server is Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS. Install docs indicate that no extra modules are required but I needed these three at least. May need to add others as well or actually build openils.

Could you check the PostgreSQL log around the time of the error? It
should provide more details on how the SQL statement failed.
