To highlight an addition I just made, it turned out that nobody
stepped forward to volunteer as release manager for 2.11.
Consequently, we should discuss this topic during the hackfest, with
an eye towards identifying a candidate or two (and possibly finalize
the decision) by the end of the Evergreen Conference.
