[OPEN-ILS-DEV] holds not working in 2.7.3

Hello List,

Are any other libraries experiencing this problem?

Since last Thursday, we have not been able to place holds. Not via the patron screens or in the catalogue. We see this error message and when we click on 'Place Hold' the submit button is greyed out.
