[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Call for development sponsor names for 2.10

Hi,

If your organization has funded development for a new feature in
Evergreen 2.10, please send me (privately) a note saying as much so
that the final release notes for 2.10 can acknowledge your
organization's contribution.  Conversely, if your organization has
been the recipient of funds for commissioned development, please send
me a list of any funding organizations who wish to be acknowledged.

can be found in the first draft of the release notes here:
