Hi All,

Just a heads up I've started a wiki page to track notes on my
Angular-5 migration research and experiments.  Contributors welcome,
of course.

I have nothing of great importance to communicate at the moment.  I'm
just scratching the surface.

One item of note is my suggestion of replacing Grunt with Webpack for
compiling builds.  This is something we would benefit from regardless
of any migration plans.  Feedback welcome.  I'll add a note to discuss
this at the next dev meeting, too.
