[OPEN-ILS-DEV] OpenSRF 2.5.0-rc released

Hi,

The release candidate for OpenSRF 2.5 is now available for download from

https://evergreen-ils.org/opensrf-downloads/

The one change since the beta is this:

* LP#1667091: the default configuration files shipped with OpenSRF
  no longer include support for insecure WebSockets.

I intend to release 2.5.0 on 14 March 2017, prior to the RC for
Evergreen 2.12.  At this point, I would like to ask folks to test
OpenSRF 2.5.0-rc thoroughly, in particular to identify any
installation issues on supported platforms.
